What products do you offer?

Our online shop offers everyday jewelry ranging from earrings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets, and rings made of 14k gold or hypoallergenic stainless steel. At the heart of most of our pieces is the South Sea pearl, often paired with diamonds and other gemstones for a chic and sophisticated design.

Where do you source your pearls?

Our South Sea pearls are sustainably-sourced from the islands of Palawan, Philippines.

Why does the pearl have a dent/irregular shape?

Each South Sea pearl is one-of-a-kind as they are gifts from Mother Nature herself. The irregularities each may possess differentiate one from the other, and validate their authenticity. We embrace natural flaws which makes our designs truly unique!

Is your jewelry authentic?

All purchases from V!’s online shop and boutique are guaranteed authentic with the majority of our pieces featuring our national gem, the South Sea pearl in 14k gold sets. V! pieces with Golden South Sea pearls come with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Is your jewelry pawnable?

Our pieces are guaranteed authentic. The majority of our pieces are made with 14k solid gold and South Sea pearls. It would depend on the pawnshop's policies if the jewelry is pawnable.

What are the sizes of your necklaces? / How long are your necklaces?

The length of our necklaces may vary from 16-18 inches. Kindly refer to this guide for necklace length (ratio is dependent on wearer's size).

Do you also sell the chains (only)?

Yes, we also sell the Simone Adjustable Chain (adjustable between 16” to 18”), and the Dot Chain (16") which you can purchase here: https://vjewelryshop.com/collections/chains

What comes with the item I’ve purchased?

We put value in packaging your item with sustainable, high quality materials that may serve as a gift for yourself or someone special. Our package comes with the following:

How do I place an order online?

You may go to vjewelryshop.com & create an account by clicking the “My Account” icon at the upper right corner of the page. Select the “Create Account” option and follow the steps to complete your registration. Browse the collections and items found in our “Shop” tab. Once you have chosen an item, click “Add to Bag” to place it in your shopping bag. Follow the instructions throughout the checkout process to complete your purchase and you’re done!

Please note that your order will not be placed until you’ve selected a payment method at the very end of the checkout process.

What are your payment methods?

We accept the following:

  1. Debit/Credit Card payments via PayMaya
  2. Debit/ Credit Card payments via PayPal
  3. Bank deposits or transfers through our Banco De Oro (BDO) account.

Can I pre-order an item?

Please reach us via our Contact Us page for inquiries regarding pieces that are sold out. We’ll be happy to assist you there!

How will I know if my order was successfully placed?

You will receive an email upon checkout that your order is confirmed and currently being processed.

How can I view my order?

Upon purchase completion, you will receive an email notification confirming your order. In that email, you may click the “View your order” button to review your purchases.

You may also create an account with us before or upon placing an order. Create an account by clicking the “My Account” icon at the upper right corner of the page then select the “Create Account” option and follow the steps to complete your registration.

Once you have an account, simply log in through the “My Account” icon in the upper left corner of the screen, and from there you can review your order history.

SHIPPING

Where do you deliver?

We deliver items within Metro Manila. For provincial or international shipping, please reach out to us at our Contact Us page and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How much is the shipping fee?

For locations in Metro Manila, shipping is FREE for purchases above Php 5,000. Purchases below Php 5,000 will be charged Php 200 inclusive of insurance.

For locations outside Metro Manila, shipping is FREE for purchases above Php 10,000. Purchases below Php 10,000 will be charged Php 300 inclusive of insurance.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For Metro Manila shipments, standard shipping is from 4-6 business days upon receipt of payment. Please note that there are no shipments on weekends and holidays.

Do you do same-day delivery?

This can be arranged at the customer’s expense if the shipment is within Metro Manila. For more details, please reach out to us at our Contact Us page & we’ll be happy to assist you.

You may also book your own courier to pick-up from our shops, please reach out to us on our Contact Us page for more information.

Can I pick up my order from your physical shop?

Yes, you may pick up your order from our V! shops. Please reach out to us via our Contact Us page.

Are your jewelry deliveries safe?

We guarantee that all items are 100 percent safe and fully insured during delivery.

Do you require a signature upon delivery?

Yes we do. Since we are shipping jewelry, we want to make sure the package is delivered to the right person. This can only be done if the item will be received by the buyer or an authorized person. If you won’t be available to sign for your package, please assign someone to do so.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS

Can I have a product exchanged?

14K gold items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase while our stainless steel pieces are final sale. Your item may only be exchanged with another piece of V! Jewelry of equal or higher value. We’d be happy to help you choose the item you wish to exchange your purchase with.

Exchanges may be arranged by the customer via our Contact Us page. Kindly reach out so that we can make your transaction with us as smooth and efficient as possible.

Can I cancel or change my order once placed?
