Shipping policy

We deliver items within Metro Manila. For provincial or international shipping, please reach out to us at our Contact Us page and we’ll be happy to assist you.

For locations in Metro Manila, shipping is FREE for purchases above Php 5,000. Purchases below Php 5,000 will be charged Php 200 inclusive of insurance.

For locations outside Metro Manila, shipping is FREE for purchases above Php 10,000. Purchases below Php 10,000 will be charged Php 300 inclusive of insurance.

For Metro Manila shipments, standard shipping is from 4-6 business days upon receipt of payment. Please note that there are no shipments on weekends and holidays.

For same day delivery, this can be arranged at the customer’s expense if the shipment is within Metro Manila. For more details, please reach out to us at our Contact Us page & we’ll be happy to assist you.

We guarantee that all items are 100 percent safe and fully insured during delivery.

We require signature upon delivery. Since we are shipping jewelry, we want to make sure the package is delivered to the right person. This can only be done if the item will be received by the buyer or an authorized person. If you won’t be available to sign for your package, please assign someone to do so.
